Shawn Davidson

American Ballet Theatre

Shawn Davidson is Chief Financial Officer for American Ballet Theatre with over 20 years of experience specializing in finance and technology, including more than 11 years in the non-profit sector. Prior to joining ABT, Mr. Davidson served as Senior Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, where he held a variety of roles and was responsible for multi-million dollar budgets with oversight of underlying financial systems.

Shawn lives in Long Island, New York with his wife and son. In his personal time, he enjoys competitive swimming, playing the piano and guitar, and spending time with his family.

Jeannine Hahn

SVP/Chief Finance & Human Resources Officer
All Stars Project

Ms. Hahn serves as the Senior Vice President/Chief Finance and Human Resource Officer and has overseen all financial and human resource operations for the All Stars Project since 1992. In the early 1990’s, she also managed the All Stars Project’s door-to-door canvas operation that produced over $800,000 annually and introduced thousands of donors to the organization. This grassroots effort paved the way for All Stars’ financial growth and stability.

Originally from Chicago, Jeannine has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.

Jeff Halfpenny

Center for Urban Community Services

Jeffrey Halfpenny, CPA, brings 28 years of experience in financial management to CUCS. Jeff oversees a staff of 13 financial professionals as well as the long-term and annual budget planning, audits, and cost-management. Before assuming his position at CUCS in 2013, Jeff was an Audit Senior Manager in the Non-Profit Department at EisnerAmper LLP and Chief Financial Officer at Upper Manhattan Health Center, Inc.

David Homan

Executive Director

David Homan has nearly 20 years in the nonprofit sector, working as the Executive Director for the America-Israel Cultural Foundation, Development Director of Randy James Dance Works, and a myriad of other positions. He is a founding Board member of Ariel Rivka Dance and Arthur Miller Foundation and the New York City Ambassador for Nexus.  At the intersection of philanthropy and impact, David brings together link minded "connectors" as part of his business Orchestrated Connecting, which focuses on amplifying the impact of individuals networks to more effectively help others. 

Michael Hwang

Dalton School

Mr. Hwang is Chief Financial Officer for The Dalton School since July 2015. His work experience prior to joining The Dalton School include CFO of Ethical Culture Fieldston School and Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis of MTV Networks. In his spare time, he enjoys taking photography, running and spending time with his family.

Richard Shein

New-York Historical Society

Rich Shein serves as Chief Financial Officer of the New-York Historical Society, where he is responsible for all financial aspects of this $26 million non-profit organization including: Accounting, Budgeting, Cash Management, Policy Analysis, Capital Accounting and Payroll. He also supervises IT, Web and Retail departments, as well as provides support for the Board’s Investment, Finance and Audit Committees. Prior to joining New York Historical, Mr. Shein was Budget Director at the American Museum of Natural History and Associate Budget Director at Columbia University. He is a former Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting and was a U.S. Presidential Management Fellow. He is on faculty at NYU’s School of Professional Education where he teaches courses in the financial management of cultural institutions.

Rahul Tripathi

Brearley School

Rahul brings 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector to his position as CFO & COO of The Brearley School, a nationally prominent independent K-XII school for girls, in NYC. In addition to his role as principal administrative and financial officer at Brearley, he has a leadership role in the financing, design and execution of a $150mm facilities master planning effort. Working collaboratively with the School’s leadership, the CFO/COO position serves as a liaison for the School to various internal and external constituencies and provides leadership that is informed by an intimate understanding of institutional mission, culture and philosophies.

Rahul is involved with numerous non-profits as a board member and volunteer. He serves as Co-President of the Board of Opening Act and Secretary/Treasurer & Finance Chair of the Oversight Council at The School at Columbia University. He is also involved with a number of arts organizations and museums. In his free time, Rahul enjoys the many cultural and epicurean delights of NYC and enjoys practicing yoga.
